Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the design and level of customization.

Memorial Items:
Memorial pieces require special care and attention. Processing time may be 10–21 business days. We appreciate your patience during this meaningful process.

Ready-to-Ship Items (if applicable):
These items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (carrier selected based on item size and destination).

Tavia Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
