At Tavia Designs, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted and many pieces are custom-made just for you. Because of the time, care, and personalization involved, we ask that you review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Personalized door hangers

Acrylic signs

Memorial headstones or remembrance items

Any item made to order with names, dates, colors, or special requests
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Memorial Items
Memorial pieces are created with great care and intention. For this reason, memorial items are final sale. We strongly encourage customers to double-check all spelling, dates, and details before submitting their order.
Order Issues or Errors
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error due to our workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a repair or replacement at our discretion.
Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Items
If a non-custom, ready-to-ship item is eligible for a return, it must be:

Requested within 7 days of delivery

Returned in unused, original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins. Once materials are cut or personalization has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
