How long do custom orders take?
Most custom orders are completed within 5–7 business days. More detailed or larger orders may require additional time.

Will I receive a proof before my order is made?
A design proof will be provided for applicable custom orders. Production will begin once the design is approved.

Are personalized items returnable?
Custom and personalized items are final sale.
